 A rapidly growing, well-established technology firm is currently looking for a goal-oriented Vice President of Sales to join our dynamic team. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:


Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Vice President of Sales position is responsible and accountable for overall sales performance. The Vice President of sales establishes the sales targets to meet the company objectives by developing strategic sales plans and strategy, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting based on company sales objectives to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction


• The Vice President of Sales is accountable for effective sales organization sales design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment
• Establish, develop, and maintain new client relationships
• Prospect for new clients primarily by telephone sales calls
• Work directly with senior sales person to establish and execute sales and marketing plan
• Participate in sales meetings and follow up with prospects and clients
• Assist in preparation of sales materials for meetings
• Keep senior sales person and management informed by submitting activity reports within CRM
• Develops sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
• Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
• Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives, and meets organizational expenditure requirements
• Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
• Implements approved distribution strategies
• Manages multiple channels selling strategies
• Builds, develops, and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Consistently meet and exceed established goals and sales quotas.
• Identify new opportunities for sales and lead generation.
• Negotiate client proposals and contracts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree minimally required, MBA preferred with a background in sales, business studies, marketing, or brand management
• 5 to 10 years professional sales experience preferably in digital sales required
• Strong attention to detail and maintain sound organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and think on your feet
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent selling and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

This is an inside professional sales position with some minimal travel required and has the potential to be your last career change ever.
